Re: Food Grade H2O2

I use 17.5% and reduce it to 3. 3 is plenty strong as a mouthwash.

Re: Reason for Adding Vitamin K to the Pauling Therapy

I was very concerned about this Jarrow formula. I could only find this German page saying it is 100% trans. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=4&ved=0ahUKEwiH-I_Qw7nXAhXKh1QKHcsiCJMQ7gEIiwEwAw&url=https%3A%2F%2Ftranslate.google.com%2Ftranslate%3...

Re: diabetes,,, what to do

low fat is best Not in my experience of a very low fat diet from age 10 to 41, resulting in PAD, COPD and T2D. All improved by low carb, high fat diet. Me too, Zarfas, 5'11" 160 #s more than 60% fat calories. Mind you, no refined oil period. Ghee, avacado oil, for cooking. Drink olive(it must ...

Re: What the hay, it is beneficial, quick method, is it possibly liposomal?

VC test results, 7.9 mg/dl, the same as April, but I was dosing at only 15 gr VC of my brew of semi liposomal. No non lipo for test dose or this night before. Yet took the VC test at 3 hrs after my first dose of 6 a day. Sooo seems there must be some lipo in it. As 20 gr(non lipo) was the April dose...

I hear the 360 is best.

That is a good dose of K2-mk7. Have used various products over the years, but settled with http://www.k-vitamins.com/index.php?page=Product_-_Buy_Now

You & the trial, coming soon were my sources for dosing. :)

Ok. I did not know this. I take 12 gr hcl to get 9 equivalent plain / day.

Re: Too little potassium and cardiovascular disease

Hmm, thanks.
I use a mix of: 2/5 potassium chloride, 2/5 sea salt & 1/5 Himalayan pink salt for "salt".
I started this after but not for this reason.

Re: What the hay, it is beneficial, quick method, is it possibly liposomal?

4th batch, 20 gr water and 25 gr AA. @ 55* C 110 gr water, 40 gr rum, 25 gr lecithin @ same temp. Note, a key feature: I keep the metal cap on the quart juice bottle while microwaving it, to keep the rum safe. A wet piece of cloth keeps the lid cool. Also capped at other times too. Clear, amber &...

Re: What the hay, it is beneficial, quick method, is it possibly liposomal?

I made a 3rd batch today. 25 gr AA in as little distilled water as possible @ 50*C. About 30 gr water. Slowly microwave. At the same time: 25 gr lecithin in 40 gr rum & 120 gr water. Heat in microwave slowly to same temp. But it took longer to smooth out. I used norma67's cautious mixing method....

I missed something in the above johnwen - she said the normal was 70 - which implies nmol/L... Here is some disappointing news, yet again, about Life Extension. Thank you for all this info, Owen! I called Life Extension and they also use LabCorp, which is who we have consistently used for all past ...

Re: What the hay, it is beneficial, quick method, is it possibly liposomal?

I have a VC blood test to do any time I want. So I will use it to verify this method somewhat. 8mg/Dl was my last test on 20 g total, 6x .

My 2nd rendition at "normal temps" 45*C / 32*C, went flat.

Re: Vitamin-B6, Is it vital to CVD recovery?

skwoodwiva Have you measured your vitamin B6 level? My level was OK, at most too high. But my homocysteine level was 15,7. Much too high. Therefore I took infusions with vitamin B6, B9 and B12. What about your homocysteine level? My provider thinks this stat cannot be in my normal medical record. B...
