Read Weston-Prices's book, it is a classic. (or Dolev's book) These societies were isolated. They had no modern additions to their diets. They eat/ate what was available locally.

What is the correct way of eating fruits?
IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUITS AFTER YOUR MEALS! * FRUITS SHOULD BE EATEN ON AN EMPTYSTOMACH.
If you eat fruit like that, it will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities.

Your right, that is too long - please replace with a synopsis and a link when you find it. Thank you.
And your comment would have been better, "Dr. Stephen Mak believes when you eat fruit is important..." In other words, it is this doctors opinion.
